We're seeking a skilled Data Engineer/Scientist to join a dynamic consultancy specializing in cloud-based data solutions. This company empowers clients with cutting-edge expertise in big data, machine learning, and AI, driving tangible business impact through innovative technology.

The Role

• Design, develop, and operate scalable and secure cloud-based data management solutions.

• Focus on software-driven architecture, automation, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

• Take ownership of projects in Big Data, Machine Learning, and Predictive Analytics.

• Develop data-driven applications, APIs, and services, ideally utilizing Azure OpenAI.

• Build and continuously evolve advanced data architectures using platforms like Microsoft Azure, Snowflake, or Databricks.

• Conduct client workshops for requirements analysis and optimal data architecture design.

What You'll Need

• Completed degree, vocational training, or equivalent qualifications in IT, or practical experience in similar roles.

• Proficiency in Python and other programming languages.

• Experience with Cloud Native Computing and a Cloud Provider (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus.

• Knowledge of data modeling and working with relational and non-relational data sources.

• Strong affinity for Data Science and AI topics, especially Azure OpenAI.

• Excellent communication skills in German.
