Overview

We are seeking a seasoned leader to head our PMO \& Delivery Excellence function while also serving as a strategic partner to the CTO. This role combines enterprise program leadership with operational oversight of Engineering to drive alignment, execution discipline, and delivery outcomes across a complex product portfolio.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Lead enterprise PMO functions across a portfolio of technology initiatives
• Drive delivery excellence, governance, and cross-functional alignment
• Partner with Product, Operations, Finance and Engineering to ensure roadmap execution and operational rigor
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CTO, supporting leadership operations and engineering alignment
• Facilitate key leadership cadences, including daily, weekly, and monthly engineering forums
• Oversee workforce planning and staffing alignment across business units
• Provide clear executive-level reporting on delivery health, risks, and progress

What You Bring

• 12\+ years in program management, PMO leadership, or delivery operations
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives
• Strong understanding of SAFe Agile and hybrid delivery models
• Exceptional communication and executive stakeholder management skills
• Experience working closely with Engineering and Product leadership as well as support organizations such as Operations and Finance
• Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels

Nice to Have

• Experience in Chief of Staff or similar operational leadership roles
• Background in resource planning, financial tracking, and organizational design
• Experience in large-scale transformation or M\&A environment
• For this role, we anticipate paying a salary range of $202,000-$247,000\. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form. Any compensation range provided for a role is an estimate determined by available market data. The actual amount may be higher or lower than the range provided considering each candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location.
