About The Role

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of transforming business processes through technology. This full-time role is based in Bridgewater, New Jersey, with a flexible onsite/hybrid work arrangement, including remote options. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps practices, cloud technologies, and automation tools. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our CI/CD pipelines, managing cloud infrastructure, and ensuring the stability and security of our systems. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professionals with 3 to 5 years of real-time experience to grow their careers within a respected organization. Candidates on OPT, CPT, H4 EAD, TN, E3, or other non-immigrant visas who are interested in H1B sponsorship for the 2027 quota are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in DevOps or related roles
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation
• Strong scripting skills in Bash, Shell, or similar languages
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software deployment processes
• Manage and configure cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP environments
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security, utilizing tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline deployment workflows and improve system reliability
• Automate routine tasks to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention
• Ensure compliance with security best practices and organizational policies
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to resolve issues promptly
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate best practices into existing workflows
