- ole.Strong expertise in Compensation \& Benefits strategy, rewards framework, job evaluation, salary benchmarking, organizational grading, and total rewards des
- ign.Solid understanding of payroll operations, Indonesian tax regulations, BPJS, and Indonesian labor
- law.Proven experience in developing and implementing C\&B strategies that align with business objectives and organizational gro
- wth.Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced level) and HRIS/payroll syst
