Web3 Engineer at BairesDev

As a Web3 Engineer, you will architect and build decentralized solutions that power the next generation of the internet. You will focus on creating secure, high-performance on-chain systems, ensuring seamless integration between complex blockchain protocols and user-facing applications.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain secure and efficient smart contracts.

• Build and deploy decentralized applications (DApps) and RPC services.

• Implement and manage tokenization strategies and industry-standard ERC protocols.

• Integrate blockchain networks with external systems and frontend interfaces using Web3 libraries.

• Optimize on-chain architectures for maximum security, throughput, and cost-effectiveness.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architectural patterns and security standards for decentralized infrastructure.

What we are looking for:

• 5\+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on blockchain technology.

• Proven expertise in developing smart contracts using Solidity or Rust.

• Experience with Ethereum or Cosmos SDK for building decentralized applications and RPC services.

• Hands-on knowledge of ERC standards and tokenization for on-chain systems.

• Proficiency in using Web3 libraries to interact with blockchain networks.

• Advanced proficiency in English.
