Responsibilities:

  • Administrate the annual compensation programs (e.g. Salary Review, Bonus, Incentive Plan etc.) and mobility program to ensure consistent execution across markets
  • Conduct pay competitiveness analysis and participate in market surveys to keep track of the effectiveness of the reward programs
  • Support the employee benefits program including costing analysis, communication and coordination among vendor, broker and HR teams
  • Deliver analytical insights and dashboards to support data-driven decision and enhance operational excellence

Requirements:

  • 6 years or above experience in C\&B analytics, preferably as C\&B Specialist in Centre of Excellence / sizable companies
  • Degree holder in Human Resources / Business-related discipline
  • Agile and independent, capable of managing multiple priorities under tight timelines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiar with HRIS, particularly Workday / Peoplesoft
