Operations Manager

The Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of warehouse and distribution functions, ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely processing of products to major retail partners. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive operational performance, develop teams, and implement scalable processes to support continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control
• Drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction through process optimization and quality standards
• Monitor and analyze KPIs, productivity metrics, and performance data to improve operations
• Ensure high levels of inventory accuracy and overall warehouse organization
• Develop and execute staffing plans, including hiring, scheduling, and workload allocation
• Serve as a key point of contact for cross-functional teams, including New York-based departments
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce errors
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to warehouse staff
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Utilize Excel and Word for reporting, forecasting, and operational planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
• 3–7\+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or operations management, ideally within apparel, retail, or consumer goods
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel for reporting and data analysis
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to make strategic and operational decisions independently
• Comfortable working in a hands-on environment, including time on the warehouse floor
