JOB SUMMARY As our LEAD PRODUCT DEVELOPER, you won’t just be writing lines of code; you will be the bridge between a client’s dream and a functional reality. This role requires a hybrid mindset—part Software Engineer and part Product Manager. You will oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring that the technical architecture aligns with the business goals of our clients. We need someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced agency setting and can handle multiple projects without breaking a sweat.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• PROJECT LEADERSHIP: Take full ownership of the technical roadmap for client projects from discovery to launch.
• FULL-STACK ENGINEERING: Develop high-performance front-end interfaces and stable back-end systems.
• MOBILE ARCHITECTURE: Build, test, and deploy feature-rich mobile applications for both iOS and Android.
• THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATION: Connect applications with external services (Payment Gateways, CRMs, Social Media APIs).
• TECHNICAL CONSULTING: Advise clients on the best tech stacks to use based on their long-term scalability needs.
• QUALITY CONTROL: Oversee the QA process to ensure all deliverables are polished and meet Fresh Tech standards.
• SYSTEM MAINTENANCE: Provide post-launch support and iterative updates for existing client platforms.

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• TECHNICAL BACKGROUND: 4\+ years of experience in Full-Stack Development.
• CORE STACK: Expert proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and React/React Native.
• DATABASE DESIGN: Experience with Relational (Postgres) and Document-based (Firebase/Mongo) data modeling.
• CLOUD DEPLOYMENT: Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda) or Heroku.
• AGENCY EXPERIENCE: Prior experience working in a client-facing agency environment is a massive plus.
• LEADERSHIP: Ability to lead a project independently and make high-level decisions under pressure.

Pay: $105,063\.39 - $126,527\.96 per year
