Job Description

Your Role in Our Team

  • You support and motivate 2–3 of our international teams.
  • You regularly coordinate with the other Scrum Masters to ensure consistent and effective collaboration.
  • You continuously optimize the overall development process.
  • You take responsibility for the Scrum process and ensure its correct implementation within the team.
  • You organize and facilitate all relevant Scrum meetings.
  • You ensure that quality management requirements are considered within the agile workflow.
  • You are responsible for maintaining and ensuring transparency of the Scrum artifacts (Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Burndown Charts).
  • You monitor adherence to Scrum practices and support their implementation within the team.
  • You establish and promote agile practices within the team.
  • You support the Product Owners in efficiently managing the Product Backlog.

Your Profile

  • You have solid experience in applying agile methods, ideally within the Scrum framework.
  • You bring experience with scaled agile frameworks such as LeSS or SAFe.
  • You have gained experience in international cross‑entity projects.
  • You ideally hold a Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM or PSM).
  • You demonstrate strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • You show high initiative and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • You have a strong interest in continuous development and the willingness to learn new things.
  • You possess basic knowledge of agile software development.
  • You have strong skills in working with DevOps, Miro, and JIRA.
  • You have business‑fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
