Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support our Transmission Engineering team with schedule analysis, adherence, and resource leveling. This role works cross‑functionally with engineering, project management, and planning teams to ensure accurate schedules, resource alignment, and reporting.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $30\.00 to $35\.00/hr. w2

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate activity dates across multiple Transmission Engineering teams
• Develop and deliver reports to leadership on schedule adherence and resource utilization
• Implement workload analysis and tracking mechanisms
• Support additional analysis and reporting initiatives as directed by management

Top Skills \& Experience

• Experience supporting engineering or infrastructure projects
• Strong schedule management and analytical skills
• Reporting and dashboard experience using Power BI
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and tracking

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
