We're on the lookout for a passionate Speech Pathologist eager to become a valuable member of a fantastic private practice team in the beautiful coastal suburb of Perth.
Join and work with a wide range of clients across all ages, helping them navigate their communication and swallowing challenges.
This position is all about teamwork; you'll collaborate closely with families and fellow healthcare professionals to craft enjoyable and impactful therapy experiences.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments to pinpoint each client's unique speech and language needs
- Creating personalized treatment plans that truly resonate with your clients' goals
- Leading engaging therapy sessions that make a real difference
- Working alongside a friendly multidisciplinary team
- Keeping detailed records to track progress
- Sharing your knowledge and offering support to clients and their families
Requirements
- A relevant degree in Speech Pathology
- Registration with the Speech Pathology Association
- Experience in assessing and treating communication disorders
- Awesome communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player yet comfortable working independently
- Strong organizational skills and a positive attitude
- A genuine desire to help others
- Flexibility to work full time or part time
