Data Engineer

Responibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines within a Databricks environment
• Work with structured and unstructured data
• Analyze data and generate insights to support decision-making
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Translate business needs into data solutions
• Develop dashboards and reports

Skills

• Degree in Computer Science or in similar areas
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Data Engineering and/or Data Analytics
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, and other data processing tools to work within Databricks
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and business-oriented thinking
• Ability to gather and document requirements (Business Analyst component)
• Understanding of business processes
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience translating business needs into practical solutions
• Fluent in English - written and spoken (mandatory)
