Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
  • 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a technology or business-related field.
  • 3 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).
  • 3 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership.
  • 2 years of experience in software development or engineering.
  • 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales, finance, and other stakeholders.

Build a consistently smooth, premium performance smartphone where gaming feels like magic. The Google Pixel team focuses on designing and delivering the world's most helpful mobile experience by bringing together the best of Google’s artificial intelligence, software, and hardware.

In this role, you will help redefine what "Pro" performance feels like and attract new users to Pixel by leveraging AI to push the boundaries of high-fidelity mobile gaming. You will work across a massive internal ecosystem—partnering with Hardware teams, Android, Google Play, and custom silicon teams—to deliver a seamless and wildly enjoyable gaming experience.

The Google Pixel team focuses on designing and delivering the world's most helpful mobile experience. The team works on shaping the future of Pixel devices and services through some of the most advanced designs, techniques, products, and experiences in consumer electronics. This includes bringing together the best of Google’s artificial intelligence, software, and hardware to build global smartphones and create transformative experiences for users across the world.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $163000 - $237000 (USD) \+ 15% bonus target \+ equity \+ benefits

  • Drive the strategy and roadmap for AI-powered, user-facing gaming experiences and gaming-specific features on Pixel devices.
  • Lead the end-to-end gaming experience on Pixel by driving a multi-year experience roadmap in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Influence hardware definition and silicon investments with Pixel Hardware teams to offer meaningful, practical value to mobile gamers.
  • Balance peak gaming performance with sustained system health and quality, defining success against user-centric KPIs.
  • Lead initiatives and partnerships with game developers to co-design and implement a scalable outreach strategy for Pixel.
