At Howell Studios, we help B2B brands and SMB's grow through high-impact marketing, video production, and automation. We're a fast-moving creative agency with a focus on real results — and we're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join us at our Webster, NY headquarters.
This is an in-person role, working alongside our creative, content, and video teams to bring campaigns to life across web, social, email, and search. We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing strategies, content creation, and social media management. This role involves developing and executing online marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and increase conversions across various digital platforms.
Responsibilities (What You'll Do)
- Perform audits and optimizations
- Drive results through metadata, keyword tracking, backlinking, and local SEO
- Write captions, design content, and schedule posts for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
- Manage monthly content calendars for clients in industrial, manufacturing, and creative industries
- Write clear, compelling copy for blogs, email campaigns, landing pages, and social content
- Help craft brand messaging and marketing voice for a variety of industries
- Create digital graphics using Canva and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Create engaging content for websites, blogs, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
- Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance analysis.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive analysis.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns and improve efficiency.
- Optimize e-commerce platforms for better user experience and conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
Qualifications (What You Bring)
- experience (agency or B2B preferred)
- Solid understanding of SEO and content strategy
- Experience with WordPress and visual builders like Elementor or Divi
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Graphic design skills (Canva required, Adobe Creative Suite a plus)
- Ability to juggle multiple client campaigns and deadlines
- Willingness to work in-office, collaborate in person, and contribute to a creative team environment
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on content creation and social media management.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and content development.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and SEM strategies.
- Knowledge of JavaScript is a plus for optimizing web content.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent research skills to stay ahead of market trends and consumer behavior.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
