About The Role
We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our team. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market and competitor research to understand customer needs and identify market opportunities.
- Create wireframes and user flows to validate concepts and refine design solutions iteratively.
- Design engaging, intuitive, and interactive prototypes that demonstrate functionality and user experience.
- Execute user testing sessions, gather feedback, and analyze user behaviors to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
- Iterate on designs based on research findings, testing results, and stakeholder input to enhance usability and aesthetics.
- Develop seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms, ensuring consistency and accessibility.
- Prepare detailed design specifications and documentation to facilitate smooth collaboration with engineering teams.
- Lead the end-to-end process of designing and launching new product features, from initial concept to deployment.
- Anticipate and address edge cases and diverse user scenarios during the design process.
- Maintain and evolve the company's design system to ensure visual and functional consistency across all products.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, marketing, and leadership, to align on vision and execution.
- Present design concepts, rationale, and progress updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely and successful product releases.
- Contribute to product positioning, storytelling, and brand consistency in partnership with the marketing team.
