New Financial Analyst opening with a Rapidly Growing Private Equity Fund in NYC.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated and detail-oriented team player with strong organizational skills and intrinsic knowledge of financial services space. This is not a siloed back-office role — the position works closely with the Portfolio Operations Manager and broader investment team on a daily basis. Great fit for someone who enjoys both execution work and helping build scalable infrastructure from the ground up.

• 5 person finance/operations team – all team members work across investor relations, finance, accounting, fp\&a, and valuations

Responsibilities

• Role is newly created with the opportunity to make a real impact

• Supporting warrant exercises, convertible debt/equity conversions, and share delivery processes

• Coordinating with brokers, legal counsel, and transfer agents

• Maintaining portfolio trackers, ownership thresholds, restricted lists, and key deal data

• Supporting new deal onboarding and transaction workflows

• Helping build and improve internal systems, automation, and AI-driven operational infrastructure

What they're looking for:

• 2\+ years of experience in fund operations, financial services, or a similar environment

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Someone hungry, proactive, and eager to take ownership

• Strong Excel skills; exposure to Python, SQL, or automation tools is a plus

• Interest in markets, securities, and operational process building
