The Role

We are hiring a

Growth Manager

to scale our

direct, data-driven acquisition engine

. This role is responsible for generating, qualifying, and converting high-quality leads into active restaurant and hospitality partners. You will operate as a channel owner within the broader growth function, with full accountability for pipeline, conversion, and acquisition efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation \& Funnel Ownership

  • Scale the end-to-end lead-led funnel: data sourcing, targeting, outreach, qualification, conversion, and onboarding.
  • Build and manage high-quality prospect lists using purchased data, hospitality datasets, and CRM insights.
  • Define and refine ideal customer profiles (ICPs) across segments (independents, regional groups, multi-site operators).

Outbound \& Inbound Execution

  • Design and execute outbound strategies across email, phone, LinkedIn, events, and partnerships.
  • Work with the marketing team to optimise inbound flow from website, content, and campaigns.
  • Test new channels and lead sources with a focus on ROI and scalability.

Data, CRM \& Performance

  • Maintain accurate CRM structure and pipeline hygiene.

Track and report on:

  • Lead source performance
  • Lead-to-Deal-Won conversion rates
  • Cost per acquisition
  • Time to onboard
  • Use data to continuously improve targeting, messaging, and funnel efficiency.

Commercial Delivery

  • Qualify and progress opportunities through to onboarding, in coordination with operations.
  • Focus on quality of partners, long-term value, and retention, not just volume.
  • Identify friction points in the journey and feed insights back into growth strategy.

Process \& Playbooks

  • Document repeatable outreach, qualification, and conversion processes.
  • Co-create channel-specific playbooks to support scaling and future hires.

What We’re Looking For

Experience

  • 3\+ years in

growth, demand generation, or B2B sales.

  • Direct experience owning a

lead-led acquisition channel.

  • Desired experiance in hospitality, SaaS, fintech, or platform background preferred.

Skillset

  • Data-driven and commercially minded.
  • Confident with CRMs, reporting, and funnel optimisation.
  • Strong communicator with senior decision-makers.
  • Structured, proactive, and execution-focused.

Mindset

  • Ownership mentality over your channel’s performance.
  • Comfortable experimenting, iterating, and scaling what works.
  • Motivated by building a meaningful business with measurable impact.

What Success Looks Like

3–6 months:

  • Defined ICPs and segmented lead strategies.
  • Predictable, qualified pipeline entering the funnel.
  • Improved conversion rates and reduced acquisition cost.

12 months:

  • A scalable, documented lead-led growth engine.
  • Clear contribution to revenue and ROC growth targets.
