2\. About the Opportunity:

The HRIS Analyst I supports the HRIS suite of systems by improving efficiency, resolving system issues, developing complex reports, analyzing data, and leading projects for system and process enhancements. This remote role combines technical expertise, project management, and communication skills to optimize HR operations and support internal teams.

3\. Responsibilities:

  • Perform system administration tasks including maintenance, updates, release testing, and feature implementation
  • Manage projects from requirements gathering through configuration, testing, communication, and training development
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows, integrations, alerts, data flow, and process execution
  • Develop complex queries and custom reports; analyze data for accuracy and provide recommendations
  • Create and maintain clear, professional end-user documentation
  • Collaborate with HRIS vendors to resolve issues and manage service requests
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand system use, resolve issues, and identify efficiencies
  • Provide customer service by researching and resolving user issues
  • Serve as backup for HRIS staff on maintenance and routine tasks
  • Perform additional projects and duties as assigned

4\. Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of HRIS experience with progressive responsibilities; project leadership preferred
  • Strong preference for UKGPro/WFM experience; familiarity with Workday, UKG, ADP, Oracle, SAP, or similar is a plus
  • Experience with Cognos and Business Intelligence tools strongly preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables and vLookups
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend solutions
  • Adaptability to change and evolving initiatives
  • Strong attention to detail; able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of HR information

5\. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

  • Pay Range: $60,932 - $91,106
  • Compensation is determined based on location, skills, experience, qualifications, internal equity, and market conditions
  • Role level and salary may be adjusted based on interview assessment and candidate fit
