Information Architect

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Information Architect to lead the end-to-end architecture of an enterprise HR Analytics platform. The ideal candidate will own data architecture from source systems through lakehouse, semantic layer, and certified data products.

Required Skills:

10\+ years of Data Architecture/Data Engineering experience

Strong expertise in Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, and Microsoft Fabric

Experience with enterprise data modeling (Conceptual, Logical, Physical)

Strong SQL, Spark, and PySpark skills

Experience designing Lakehouse architectures (Bronze/Silver/Gold)

Knowledge of Unity Catalog, data governance, lineage, and metadata management

Experience integrating HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, or similar platforms

Hands-on experience with Power BI and semantic data models

Strong architecture, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred:

HR Analytics domain experience

Microsoft Fabric architecture experience

Enterprise Data Governance expertise
