About the Role

We are looking for a

Data Analyst

to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business and operational data, developing meaningful reports and dashboards, and providing actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making.

The role will work closely with different departments to identify trends, monitor performance, improve business processes, and support overall business objectives through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large volumes of business and operational data.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance trackers using Power BI, Excel, and similar tools.
• Monitor and analyze key business KPIs and performance metrics.
• Identify trends, patterns, performance gaps, and business opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for management and key stakeholders.
• Work with different departments to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and dashboards.
• Support forecasting, performance analysis, and business planning through data-driven insights.
• Automate recurring reports and improve reporting processes where possible.
• Conduct root-cause analysis to identify business and operational issues.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and business performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and advanced formulas.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and dashboard development.
• Good understanding of data visualization and KPI reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and identify meaningful business insights.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• V.Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SQL and database querying.
• Strong experience with Power Query and DAX.
• Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools.
• Knowledge of forecasting and statistical analysis.
• Experience in automating reporting processes.
• Experience working with retail, sales, customer, or operational data.
