Responsibilities

The Opportunity

  • This role will lead strategy and optimization of SociosTosticentro scale up, acting as main point of contact for external providers and internal stakeholders.
  • Furthermore, the role will lead the team of Recruitment coordinator, Strategy Sr Analyst and Data Scientist and be accountable for performance, administrative tasks and budgeting.

Your Impact

As Business Strategy Assoc Manager your scope would consist of

  • Lead strategy and optimization of the funnel and customer journey.
  • Own and manage key metrics and unit economics (CAC, AOV, LTV, active users, frequency, recurrence).
  • Define and implement the loyalty program.
  • Oversee operational excellence of the program.
  • Manage sprints and deliverables from external agencies.
  • Provide strategic and tactical direction for growth, product, and tech initiatives.
  • Ensure proper management of purchase orders, admin activities.
  • Lead and develop the team.

Qualifications

¿Who Are We Looking For?

  • Business administration, Economics, Marketing degree
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketplace or eCommerce industries
  • Knowledge of last-mile distribution models
  • Familiarity with backend integration models
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles
  • Results driven and work under pressure
  • Leadership and negotiation skills
  • Creativity, Communication as well as Teamwork culture
