Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Design and produce engaging graphics and visual elements for events activations.
- Develop creative concepts and presentations
- Ensure brand consistency across all event materials and platforms.
- Manage multiple design projects from concept through to completion, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
- Work with external vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality production of materials.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in event design, technology, and graphic design to incorporate innovative ideas into event activations.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to interpret brand guidelines and client briefs to produce creative and effective designs.
- Strong understanding of branding, layout, color theory, and typography in both print and digital contexts.
- Ability to think creatively and translate ideas into designs that capture the essence of the event.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Knowledge of current design trends and techniques specific to events and activations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of professional design experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Experience in an event activation company or similar environment is a plus.
- A strong portfolio of design work, including digital and print projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams across the organization.
