IQ Process Engineer

Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking an IQ Process Engineer on behalf of our client in WI.

This role is ideal for a technically skilled professional with experience in medical imaging, CT systems, and image analysis. The successful candidate will support CT imaging operations, image quality evaluation, testing activities, and process improvements while collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate CT scanners for calibration, testing, and imaging activities.
  • Process and analyze CT images using Linux-based tools and software applications.
  • Evaluate image quality using established performance metrics and standards.
  • Design, develop, and execute test cases for CT scanning, image processing, and analysis workflows.
  • Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
  • Document testing outcomes, technical findings, and process improvement recommendations.
  • Support validation and quality assurance activities related to imaging systems.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related engineering or scientific discipline.
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming.
  • Hands-on experience working in Linux environments.
  • Knowledge of CT scanner hardware, imaging systems, and medical imaging technologies.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with medical imaging systems and image quality assessment methodologies.
  • Knowledge of image processing techniques and validation processes.
  • Exposure to healthcare, life sciences, or medical device environments.
  • Familiarity with testing and quality assurance practices in imaging applications.
