Senior Manager - Scrum Master

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager - Scrum Master to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead continuous improvement work focused on process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains. You will partner with operational leaders and project stakeholders to standardize workflows, identify bottlenecks, and improve execution quality. The position offers the opportunity to create measurable efficiency gains and scalable operational improvements within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $118,450 – $236,900 annually

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and direct project team activities
• Identify and address obstacles hindering team progress
• Coach and mentor team members and stakeholders
• Support Product Owner in product backlog management
• Develop strategies to monitor and measure progress
• Promote self-organization and continuous improvement
• Manage multiple assignments concurrently
