Account Executive - Federal Civilian Agencies

Overview
We are partnering with a profitable, established federal SaaS provider supporting procurement and acquisition operations across civilian agencies.
The platform is embedded within mission-critical workflows across budgeting, contract management, compliance, and approvals, with a long-standing presence in the federal market.
This role is focused on expanding existing enterprise accounts within the civilian federal space.
About the Role
- Grow key federal enterprise
civilian accounts
- Own
expansion strategy and multi-million dollar ARR growth
within those accounts
- Engage across
acquisition, IT, and executive leadership
- Create and shape opportunities
before formal procurement cycles (RFI/RFP)
- Navigate
complex, multi-stakeholder federal sales environments
Typical deal sizes range from
$250K to $1M\+
with longer enterprise sales cycles.
What differentiates this role
- Existing, revenue-generating accounts
with expansion runway
- Clear mandate around
growth, not just retention
- Ability to influence deals
upstream of procurement
- Established product with strong federal adoption and credibility
What they are looking for
- 8\+ years of enterprise software or SaaS sales
- 8\+ years selling into
U.S. Federal civilian agencies
- Track record of
expanding existing accounts
and driving ARR growth
- Experience engaging with
