Available Territories \& Pay Structure

We are hiring for three separate territories. Compensation is based on experience and territory assignment:

• Alameda County \& West Contra Costa County Pay Rate: $104,000 – $125,000 per year DOE - Sign on Bonus of $12,000 — $1,000 Hits Your Paycheck Every Month (Starting Immediately) for Full Time status Coverage Area: Berkeley/Richmond/San Pablo

Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services under the direction and supervision of the Physical Therapist and in accordance with the Physician’s plan of care
• Treat patients to relieve pain, improve or restore function, and support the highest possible level of performance
• Guide and assist patients in active and passive therapeutic exercises, muscle re-education, gait and functional training, transfer activities, and prosthetic training
• Apply physical agents as appropriate, including heat, cold, water, light, electricity, ultrasound, and massage
• Observe and report the patient’s response to treatment and any changes in condition to the Physical Therapist and appropriate organizational personnel
• Educate patients in the safe use and care of mobility aids and equipment such as wheelchairs, braces, crutches, canes, and prosthetic/orthotic devices
• Complete online charting in Kinnser immediately after each visit using the provided device
• Follow all organizational policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Current California PTA License (Required)
• Home Health Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Current CA Driver’s License
• Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently in the field
