Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Operations Manager, located on-site in the Denver Metropolitan Area. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring the seamless execution of the company's goals. Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. This role also involves budget management, team leadership, and supporting strategic planning activities to drive the success and efficiency of development projects.
Qualifications
- Project Management and Process Optimization skills, with an ability to oversee complex workflows and meet deadlines
- Financial Management, Budget Oversight, and Cost Control expertise to manage budgets and ensure resource efficiency
- Strong Leadership, Team Collaboration, and Communication skills to guide and coordinate multidisciplinary teams effectively
- Experience in Vendor Relations and Contract Management to negotiate contracts and supervise contractor performance
- Knowledge of Local Regulations and Compliance related to real estate development and construction in Denver
- Proficiency in Strategic Planning and Problem-Solving to align operations with organizational goals and address challenges
- Proven experience in real estate, construction, or a related field, with knowledge of both residential and commercial property development
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related field; advanced certifications or degrees are a plus
