Business Process Analyst - #26421

Blue Chip Talent, in partnership with a leading enterprise organization, is seeking a skilled Business Analyst. This role is responsible for improving operational processes, creating and maintaining critical documentation, and driving business initiatives from concept through completion. The ideal candidate is highly accountable, thrives with minimal direction, and excels at translating business needs into organized, actionable deliverables.

Job Duties:

• Document, standardize, and improve operational business processes
• Develop Scope of Work (SOW) documents and other business documentation to support operational initiatives
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for projects and operational improvements
• Support vendor contract documentation and related operational activities
• Build, analyze, and maintain operational reports, KPIs, and performance metrics using Microsoft Excel
• Create presentations and executive-ready documentation using Microsoft 365 tools
• Coordinate initiatives across business stakeholders to ensure deliverables remain on track
• Develop test plans, test cases, and supporting documentation when required

Skills Required:

• 4\+ years in a Business Analyst role with strong MS Excel skills
• Experience documenting and improving business processes
• Must have experience creating or supporting the Scope of Work (SOW) documentation
• Must have experience creating detailed business documentation, functional requirements, or comparable project documentation
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Experience developing operational reports, KPIs, and performance metrics
• Experience creating test plans and test cases
• 1\+ year i of experience with Power BI
• Experience supporting vendor contracts or third-party engagements
• Experience presenting business findings and recommendations to leadership
