About Little Land Pediatric Therapy

At Little Land Pediatric Therapy, our occupational therapy team helps children develop the skills they need to participate confidently in daily life. COTAs work closely with occupational therapists to implement therapy programs that support growth, independence, and confidence.

What You'll Do

• Implement treatment plans developed by occupational therapists
• Lead engaging therapy activities for children
• Support development of motor, sensory, and functional skills
• Monitor and report patient progress to supervising therapists
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with the therapy team to support each child's progress

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Active COTA certification and license (or eligibility)
• Experience working with pediatric populations preferred
