The Financial Systems Analyst will help with Consigli's transition from Sage 300 CRE to CMiC by leveraging deep expertise in CMiC to support configuration, training, and stabilization efforts. This role will play a key part in ensuring a seamless ERP transition, while contributing to the long-term success and optimization of the platform across our financial and project operations.
Responsibilities / Essential Functions* Serve as the subject matter expert on CMiC financial modules (GL, AP, AR, JC, PM, etc.)
- Assist in mapping of legacy Sage 300 CRE processes to CMiC workflows and configurations.
- Assist with validation, and reconciliation during the transition.
- Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and lead end-user training efforts.
- System Support \& Optimization.
- Configure and maintain CMiC modules based on business requirements.
- Assist in collaborating across departments to troubleshoot issues and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Provide technical support to users post go-live, including report creation and permissions management.
- Assist in collaborating with Project Management, Accounting, and external partners to ensure platform alignment with business needs.
- Create, test, and manage financial and operational reports using CMiC BI tools and/or SQL.
- Assist in ensuring data accuracy and integrity for executive dashboards and audit processes.
Key Skills* Strong data management, reporting, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with financial best practices in construction/project accounting.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Required Experience
- 3\+ years of experience working with CMiC financial modules in a construction setting.
- Deep understanding of core CMiC financial modules.
- Prior experience in an ERP transition from Sage 300 CRE to CMiC strongly preferred.
- Experience with CMiC integrations (e.g., payroll, HRIS, expense tools) a must.
- SQL proficiency for reporting.
- Change management or training experience during ERP rollouts.
