Senior Finance Analyst - Investments

Our client is a leading Irish PLC with a global presence. They are looking for an experienced qualified accountant to join their high performing team finance team as a Senior Financial Analyst.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This role will be sitting in the South Dublin office (hybrid working, 60% in office). The team is responsible for assisting with Business Development and M\&A projects and the role provides the opportunity for both international and cross-functional exposure.

This role will suit a high performing and career focused finance professional. Main duties and responsibilities will include:

• Preparation of financial models and due diligence analysis to be used in investment appraisals;
• Analyze the performance of existing investments and acquisitions;
• Support the Group function in reporting of large-scale M\&A transactions;
• Preparation of performance briefings for senior management;
• Engaging with internal and external stakeholders, and coordination of other specialists;
• On-going process improvement and ad-hoc projects as they arise.

ABOUT THE PERSON:

• Big 4/Top 10 trained qualified accounting professional with 3\+ years PQE;
• Previous experience within a Plc is preferred;
• Confidence to address challenges as they arise;
• Ambitious, motivated individual with an exceptional attention to detail;
• Experience in delivering on tight reporting deadlines.
