Junior Project Manager

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager (Leather Goods \& Accessories) to join our Development team to coordinate product development across different departments. The position will report to Department Project Manager and will help fully developing collection of Leather Goods and Accesories within established time, cost and quality standards.

Your role will be:

• Support Project Managers in the launching of samples and their follow up
• Daily communication with atelier and vendors to follow up and communicate Designer's input and feedback
• Support PM in collecting comsumption and labor times, MOQ from vendors
• Support PM during Mise Au Point with Design and transmit to internal and external clients
• Request Quality tests when needed
• Communicate PM neccessary info for Risk Analysis with CQ before producing any collection
• Delivery of samples to CQ for FG tests
• Punctual assistance on After Sale if needed by quality in collaboration with Industrial Department
• Follow up the process between the development sign off of a project and the deliveries in the store

What is important for the role:

• 2-3 years experience in Leather Goods development (ideally also Project Management scope)
• Knowledge in the development of Leather Goods ( multi material – New technique , technical materials , textile materials… )
• Sensibility to the product
• Knowledgeable about Art, Craft, Design and production processes both industrial and artisanal
• Fluent in English. Spanish is highly recommended. French is a plus
• Excell, Power Point, Power BI. Knowledgeable of Centric system is highly recommended. Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop or similar will be a plus
