We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support digital transformation and compliance initiatives aligned with DGA governance standards and Qiyas performance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze and optimize business processes based on operational and performance metrics.
  • Ensure proposed solutions align with DGA governance and compliance standards.
  • Define KPIs and success metrics aligned with Qiyas methodologies.
  • Support digital transformation projects and service improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business value realization and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare reports, process documentation, and business analysis deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5–6 years of experience in business analysis and process improvement roles.

Skills \& Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of business process analysis and optimization methodologies.
  • Familiarity with DGA governance frameworks and compliance standards.
  • Experience with KPI frameworks and Qiyas performance methodologies.
  • Strong analytical thinking and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively within cross-functional and project-driven environments.
