to assist in establishing FP\&A in an organization that is scaling quickly and needs a robust analytical infrastructure. You will play a critical role in shaping how the business plans, forecasts, and assesses strategic decisions.

As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will develop processes and reporting across a growing portfolio of assets, helping leadership understand performance, forecast growth, and evaluate strategic opportunities.

MUST BE LOCAL TO CINCINNATI: On-Site position with potential for Hybrid 1 day/week.

Scope of Responsibilities

:

• Assist in building out the Budget, Forecasting, Variance Analysis, Ad-Hoc Analysis, Financial Modeling, Dashboards
• Partnering with Leadership across the organization to understand financial performance and provide guidance
• Develop reporting and summarizing large amounts of data
• Identify and implement AI and other tools/processes to improve financial visibility and efficiency
• Special Projects

Skills Needed

:

• BA in Finance or Accounting
• Target 4\+ years of Finance experience (analysis, budget, forecasting)
• Analytical – can “tell a story” and not be stuck in the data
• Solid ERP and Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups)
• Interest and experience in leveraging

technology, data tools, or AI

to enhance analysis
