  • Maintains defined activity standards, including outside prospecting calls, joint banker calls, pipeline reviews, and new treasury relationship goals as established by the Treasury and Payments Director.
  • Uses market knowledge, prospect conversations, and field activity to identify client needs, competitive opportunities, and business trends that support effective product positioning and new relationship development.
  • Prepares customized Treasury Management proposals that address each prospect’s cash flow structure, risk exposure, operational needs, and long-term relationship opportunity.
  • Guides prospects and newly acquired clients through solution selection, enrolment requirements, documentation, implementation expectations, and onboarding activities to ensure a seamless transition to an active client relationship.
  • Applies subject matter expertise and consultative discovery skills to recommend appropriate Treasury Management solutions and position the Bank as a trusted advisor throughout the acquisition process.
  • Communicates clearly and professionally with prospects, clients, relationship managers, market directors, senior leadership, and referral sources to advance opportunities and reinforce the value of the Bank’s Treasury Management capabilities.
