We've partnered with an ecommerce growth and data partner in their search for a Growth Marketing Manager who will execute and optimise campaigns across a portfolio of high-growth DTC brands.
The team blends technical marketing expertise with deep commercial insight to accelerate brand performance at scale.
This is an exciting opportunity to work at the operational heart of some of the most disruptive ecommerce businesses.
The successful candidate will diagnose DTC growth constraints, translate data into commercial insight, build prioritised roadmaps, and guide execution across acquisition, CRM and CRO. They will not spend your days trafficking ads, but you should be completely fluent in the platforms.
We’re looking for a commercially-minded Growth Strategist to diagnose constraints, drive experimentation, and lead growth.
The Role
- Identify growth opportunities across acquisition, retention, and funnel performance
- Analyse LTV, CAC, payback and marginal efficiency to guide decisions
- Build and prioritise hypothesis-led growth roadmaps
- Turn complex data (Meta, Google, Shopify, Klaviyo, etc.) into clear actions
- Optimise budget allocation, scaling what works and cutting what doesn’t
- Translate data into clear, commercially grounded insights
- Drive experimentation, testing velocity, and measurable uplift
