What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Facilitate the scrum process and ensure timely delivery of integration solutions
• Maintain and track team metrics related to integration projects, including velocity and release progress
• Coordinate integration development, testing, and deployment activities across various platforms
• Assist in the creation of detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by defining test scenarios and tracking defects

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant IT experience
• 6-10 years' experience working with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
• 6-10 years' experience in a leadership role or influencing project outcomes
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Gitlab, and Confluence for documentation
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration platforms and legacy integration frameworks

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for integration deployments
• Experience in API integrations, data transformations, and event-driven architecture
• Hands-on experience with process flow documentation tools like Visio or Lucidchart
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams to achieve project goals
