Test Automation Engineer

Hybrid – 1 day a week in the Uxbridge office

We’re looking for a

hands-on Test Automation Engineer

to join an established QA team working on modern, cloud-based systems.

This role is for someone who genuinely enjoys

writing automation code

and understands

QA and testing processes,

not a software engineer, but a strong automation-focused tester who can contribute straight away.

What you’ll be doing

• Working on

automated testing across web, APIs and (bonus) mobile

• Writing and maintaining automation that actually adds value
• Getting hands-on with existing test frameworks and improving them
• Working closely with developers and the wider QA team

What we’re looking for

• Solid experience in

test automation

• Comfortable

coding

, not just configuring tools

• Experience with

Playwright

or

Selenium

• Strong in

JavaScript / TypeScript

(C# or Java experience is also fine)

• Good understanding of

QA processes and test strategy

• Someone who can think beyond the obvious, solve problems, and get stuck in
