Business Analyst

to join our remote team. You will play a critical role in helping construction teams adopt and succeed with our AI-powered procurement and supply chain platform.

This role sits at the intersection of

procurement operations, product insights, and customer success

, helping clients streamline their procurement workflows, analyze bids, and gain better visibility across their supply chain using Kaya.

This role is ideal for someone who understands

construction procurement, vendor coordination, and operational workflows

, and enjoys working closely with customers to improve processes and deliver measurable results.

Salary:

$1,200 - $1,500

Work Hours:

9 AM – 5 PM PHT

What You’ll Do

• Support construction teams in adopting and using the Kaya platform for procurement and supply chain workflows.
• Work directly with customers to

understand procurement processes, RFQs, bid leveling, and vendor coordination

.

• Assist clients in

uploading bids, analyzing supplier quotes, and identifying key differences across proposals

.

• Provide guidance and training to customers to ensure successful platform adoption.
• Translate

customer feedback and operational insights

into product improvement recommendations.

• Help structure procurement data, documents, and supplier information within the platform.
• Collaborate with the

product and engineering teams

to improve procurement workflows and features.

• Support onboarding for new customers and ensure a smooth implementation experience.

Who You Are

• You understand

construction procurement, vendor management, and sourcing workflows

.

• Strong analytical thinker who can

interpret supplier bids, compare quotes, and identify key procurement insights

.

• Comfortable working directly with customers and helping them solve operational problems.
• Excellent communicator who can explain workflows and product features clearly.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized when working with procurement documents and data.
• Interested in

construction technology, AI-powered workflows, and modern supply chain platforms

.

Requirements

• Experience in

procurement, supply chain operations, construction administration, or vendor management

.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to

structure and analyze procurement information such as RFQs, supplier bids, and project documents

.

• Strong organization, communication, and time management skills in a remote work environment.
• Experience with

construction procurement workflows, spreadsheets, or procurement platforms

is a plus.

• Customer success, operations, or SaaS implementation experience is a strong advantage.
