About the Role
Soni is parterened with a client looking for a curious, detail-oriented
Digital Ads Specialist
to join our growing team. This is a role ideal for someone early in their career who has a strong foundation in paid media and a desire to grow across channels. You'll be hands-on in platforms daily, supporting campaign execution, optimization, and reporting across a variety of client accounts.
What You'll Do:
- Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across search, social, and/or programmatic channels
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to improve efficiency and results
- Support reporting and analysis, translating data into actionable insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign execution with client goals
- Stay current on platform updates, trends, and best practices
What We're Looking For:
- 1–2 years of hands-on digital advertising experience
- Google Ads experience required
- Microsoft Ads/Bing experience a plus
- Exposure to paid social (Meta, TikTok) a strong plus
- Familiarity with programmatic platforms such as The Trade Desk or DV360 a nice to have
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Compensation:
$60,000 - $70,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
