Senior Sales Operations Analyst

2\. About the Opportunity:

The Senior Sales Operations Analyst supports the Sales team primarily by enhancing sales process efficiency and improving data quality to build a high-performing sales organization. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, this role involves cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Finance, Product, Business Technology, Enablement, and Customer Success. The position requires skills in process improvement, data analysis, and project management and acts as a strategic advisor to Sales leadership. It offers significant impact and professional growth within a fast-growing SaaS/fintech environment.

3\. Responsibilities:

• Analyze and recommend improvements in sales processes, rep execution, data accuracy, target attainment, and systems to increase productivity

• Manage and optimize sales technology tools such as Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce

• Collaborate with Revenue Enablement and Salesforce development teams to enhance sales processes

• Partner with the Revenue BI team to develop tracking tools for key performance indicators and sales health metrics

• Lead and own cross-functional projects to improve sales efficiency and data quality

4\. Requirements:

• 4 or more years of experience in Sales/Customer operations or an analytical role

• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Excel; experience with Tableau or Looker is a plus

• Strong data analysis skills and a passion for data-driven decision making

• Demonstrated project management abilities, including time management, prioritization, and stakeholder coordination

• Proactive, fast-moving, and initiative-taking approach

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field

5\. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• San Jose, CA pay range: $108,400 to $130,100 USD

• Draper, UT pay range: $92,200 to $110,600 USD, with eligibility for bonus and equity plans
