What You'll Do

As a TIG Welder, you'll play a critical role in manufacturing high-quality aerospace components by:

• Performing precision TIG welding according to MOT and Blueprint specifications
• Inspecting raw materials before welding to ensure quality standards
• Examining completed welds for compliance and workmanship
• Selecting the correct weld rods using color-coded identification
• Tagging and reporting nonconforming parts to Quality Inspection
• Maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and precision

What We're Looking For

✔ 3–5 years of TIG/Fusion welding experience in aerospace manufacturing

✔ Ability to read blueprints and interpret weld symbols

✔ Experience using precision measuring equipment

✔ Ability to pass a welding qualification test on .030 material thickness

✔ Able to lift up to 25 lbs.

✔ Strong visual acuity (near 20/20, distance 20/30) with the ability to distinguish colors

✔ Strong English communication skills
