About the Role :

The Home Room Facilitator- Primary-British Curriculum will be responsible for delivering high-quality online classes, ensuring strong student engagement, and contributing to the academic development of learners in a virtual setup.

This role involves lesson planning, content preparation, student assessments, and continuous interaction with parents and internal teams to ensure a holistic learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver interactive and engaging online lessons for Grades 4-5 for all subjects as per the British Curriculum.
• Design lesson plans and learning resources aligned with curriculum objectives.
• Create an inclusive, student-centric virtual classroom environment.
• Adapt teaching methods to cater to diverse learning needs.
• Conduct regular assessments, track student progress, and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain regular communication with parents and collaborate with academic teams.
• Participate in school events, training, and academic initiatives.
• Maintain academic records and adhere to school policies and child-safety guidelines.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Education or relevant subject.
• 2-5 years of teaching experience in a reputed International School in India / Abroad.
• Must have experience teaching Primary Grades HRT (G4-G5).
• Mandatory:

Proficiency in International Curriculum - Cambridge / IB / British Curriculum.

• Prior online teaching experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and virtual classroom management skills.
• Must have a good laptop and stable high-speed Wi-Fi connection.
• Dedicated, focused, and passionate about work-from-home teaching.
