This role sits within the finance operations function and blends compensation accounting, reporting, and analytics with exposure to broader comp/benefits administration and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare headcount roll-forwards and compensation-related reporting
• Record payroll, bonus, and benefit-related journal entries across multiple entities/currencies
• Perform account reconciliations tied to compensation and benefits
• Support forecasting and analysis around compensation expense
• Assist with deferred compensation plan administration (records, enrollments, distributions)
• Respond to employee inquiries and support annual compensation processes
• Partner on system and process improvement initiatives (including HRIS/tools optimization)
• Build and enhance reporting within systems like Workday

What They’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related
• 2–5 years of relevant experience (compensation, accounting, or finance)
• Financial services or investment management exposure preferred
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with Workday or similar systems is a plus
