Job Description

For our client, we are seeking a Behavioral Health Remote Full-Time Np/pa to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals \& Medical Centers space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $122,320 – $183,480 annually

Responsibilities

  • Perform psychiatric evaluations and mental health assessments
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic psychiatric conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications appropriately
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically indicated
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses and treatment plans

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
  • Master's Degree or Doctorate in Nursing Practice required for NPs
  • Board certification as Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) or NCCPA certification required/preferred for PAs
  • Current North Carolina NP/APRN or PA licensure required
  • DEA license and prescriptive authority required
  • BLS certification through the American Heart Association required
  • Preferred: 1\+ years of Psychiatry or Behavioral Health experience
