What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Facilitate and guide the Scrum team in adopting and implementing the Scrum framework
• Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
• Coach the Scrum Team on Agile practices and principles to deliver high-quality products and services
• Identify areas of strength and improvement within the team to enhance performance
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to influence decision-making

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of product or project development experience, or 3 years of Agile project development experience, or 4 years of additional experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree
• Minimum of three years' experience working in JIRA to manage ceremonies and capture sprint activities
• Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings at multiple organizational levels
• Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Certified Scrum Master designation

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Knowledge of an agile framework or method (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and understanding of software development life cycle models
• Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
• Experience with planning and problem-solving in collaboration with product management and delivery teams
• Familiarity with Scrum techniques such as story splitting, estimation, and retrospection
