As we continue to scale rapidly, we are hiring a full-time Logistics Manager to own and build our logistics function end-to-end. This role is responsible for managing and improving the systems that move our products through a global supply chain to customers’ homes—seamlessly and at a high standard.

This is not a coordinator role. This is a hands-on ownership role for someone who has operated at a manager level and can build structure, improve systems, and drive outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

• Own logistics execution across the business—leading a global supply chain from supplier to final-mile delivery and customer experience
• Manage inbound shipments (ocean, air, customs, drayage) to ensure cost efficiency, speed, and reliability
• Design and optimize the final-mile delivery experience, including white-glove delivery and assembly partner network
• Own relationships with 3PLs, freight forwarders, and assembly partners; track performance and enforce accountability
• Lead RFP processes end-to-end (scoping, outreach, evaluation, negotiation, onboarding) for logistics and service partners
• Build and implement SOPs, workflows, and systems across logistics and fulfillment—this function is not fully built
• Own demand planning and inventory forecasting to maintain strong in-stock rates while minimizing excess inventory
• Manage inventory across warehouses and partners, including accuracy, turns, and reporting
• Identify bottlenecks and cost drivers across the supply chain and implement solutions
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Finance to align inventory, delivery timelines, and customer expectations
• Establish KPIs and reporting (delivery times, damage rates, cost per shipment, partner performance)
• Continuously improve delivery speed, cost efficiency, and overall customer experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Manager-level operator who has owned logistics or supply chain functions, not just supported them
• Proven experience running RFPs and selecting logistics vendors (3PLs, freight forwarders, delivery partners)
• Experience managing 3PLs, freight, and final-mile or white-glove delivery networks
• Strong ability to build SOPs, implement structure, and improve processes in environments that are not fully defined
• Solid understanding of global shipping, inventory flow, and domestic distribution
• Hands-on experience with demand planning and inventory management
• High ownership mindset—you take responsibility for outcomes and drive things forward without constant direction
• Strong problem-solving ability with a practical, execution-focused approach
• Clear communicator who can manage vendors and internal stakeholders effectively
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growing ecommerce business

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management
• Strong experience in Inventory Management and Procurement
• Experience managing freight, 3PLs, and delivery networks
• Experience leading RFPs and vendor selection processes
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement efficient operational workflows and SOPs
• Familiarity with logistics and supply chain systems/tools (ERP, WMS, etc.)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ecommerce experience preferred

Role Details:

• Full-time employee (not fractional)
• Total Compensation: $85K – $115K (base \+ performance bonus), depending on experience
• Fully remote; company warehouse in Austin, TX
