Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and manage inbound sales leads with professionalism and efficiency
• Sell predefined service packages, guiding clients through the options to find the best fit
• Maintain a strong conversion rate by effectively closing sales
• Conduct sales calls and presentations to prospective clients
• Address client objections and questions with clarity and confidence
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales data in the CRM system
• Collaborate with team members to refine sales strategies and improve customer experience

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role with demonstrated success
• Strong ability to close sales and meet or exceed conversion rate targets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Familiarity with Hubspot CRM software and sales tracking tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
