Qualifications \& Skills
- Minimum two years of experience in a medical laboratory.
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) program.
- State licensure and/or national certification, with full licensure required within six months of hire.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to perform quality control, proficiency testing, routine instrument maintenance, and inventory control.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate specimen handling and test reporting.
