Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indianapolis, IN, for a Supply Chain Sr Manager in the Food Manufacturing sector. The Sr Manager will oversee supply chain operations, including demand planning, procurement, inventory management, and overall supply management. Responsibilities include analyzing data to inform decision-making, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient procurement practices, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and streamlining supply chain processes to meet company goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Demand Planning and Supply Management, with the ability to forecast and allocate resources effectively
• Proficiency in Inventory Management and Procurement, ensuring optimal stock levels and supplier relationships
• Exceptional Analytical Skills, capable of interpreting data to support strategic decisions
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams and optimizing supply chain operations
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Experience in food manufacturing or a related industry is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., APICS, CPM) are a plus
